Refund policy

If a booking for a day trip is cancelled by the client then any deposit paid is non-refundable, although we will try to re-arrange another date if possible.

For expedition trips the full amount is required to be paid 4 weeks before the date of the trip commencement. If the client cancels the trip prior to this then payment will be refunded, less the deposit paid. After this period then no refund will be offered, although we will do our best to offer another date if possible.

If Walk North cancels the trip for any reason then a full refund will be given, including any deposit paid. Walk North is not liable for any additional costs incurred.

Walk North reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time.
